Greetings from Klesis.
First I’d like to express my appreciation.
I’m very thankful for customers overseas for loving and purchasing my creations.
I’ll work my best to continue creating beautiful clothings so please stay tuned!

I’ve been increasing the quantities to the maximum every order. It is not easy to
successfully order the dress overseas but the domestic order has been very intense and
difficult as well.
There are many customers who were never successful at ordering over the last couple years.
As much as it’s hard to purchase the dress,
the secondhand deals has gotten premium price over 2.5x the original price,
that has lured resellers which has been causing many problems.
I’m working on my own alone to make the dress and ship,
thus there are limited quantities I can produce within a certain timeline.
For my precious customers I’ve made a decision to lower the inconvenience.
I have added 20-30 more quantities to my usual amount for MoonRiver3,
with an extended production time line.
The production timeline is approximately 12 months.
I ask your understanding for the extensively prolonged timeline.
It is a very long period to wait, and I do understand you may feel uncomfortable waiting
that long paying a big chunk of money for an online order.
Klesis is a lawfully registered business entity in South Korea,
and I will continue running my business transparent and reliable to all customers.
I will work my best to keep my promise on shipping date,
but there can be a change on schedule as I’m working alone to handmade everything.
It will be a very long and tiring wait to finally receive the dress you order.
Please carefully consider it and then proceed to order.

4. Shipping
♣ Expected Shipping Date (出荷日): December 12th, 2022
The dress is getting shipped via EMS from South Korea.
It roughly takes 3 to 10 days to arrive at the destination,
and it can differ depending on each destination it’s heading to; so please refer to the tracking number.

★ Dress packaging change★
The size of the dress box will become more compact due to an extensive price increase for EMS.
To lower the shipping cost for overseas customers the packaging size will be smaller but
I’ll make sure the dress will not be affected by it. Please bear with it.

毎回のオーダー受付の度に制作の数量を最大限増やしてきました。
海外からのご注文も簡単ではなかったと思いますが、
韓国国内のご注文の場合、熾烈と言ってもいいぐらいの競争率で購入が大変でした。
数年間1回もKlesisのドレスを買えなかったという声が増え続けています。
販売価格の2.5倍以上のプレミアム取引が増えたり、
それによりプレミアム売買を狙ったリセラーまで生じてしまい、色んな問題も発生しています。
Klesisは私一人で制作＆配送を行っており、
決められた期限内に制作できる数には限りがあります。
そこで、Klesisのドレスがお好きな方々へ
少しの不便でも減らすべく、思い悩んで決定いたしました。
今までの制作数量よりも20～30セットを追加、
制作期限を大きく延ばして「Moon River 3」のオーダーを実施したいと思います。
制作期間は大体12ヶ月＝1年間となります。
増えてしまった期間分、ご不便をかけてしまうのではないかと恐縮な気持ちでいっぱいです。
長い期間お待ちいただくオーダーになります。
しかも海外に住んでいる外国人宛てに高いお金を払っておいて
1年間も待たないといけなくなると、どれほど不安で悩ましいのかも理解しています。
私は韓国の商法に基づき事業者登録をした上でKlesisを運営しております。
今までと同じように、Klesisとしてやってきた期間の信頼を受け止め誠実に制作して参ります。
約束した配送日を守るために最大限の努力をしておりますが、
一人ですべての制作をしていてハンドメイドの特性上どうしても延長＆変更される場合がございます。
予想以上に待ち遠しく、長い時間になると思います。
色んな状況を充分にご検討の上、ご注文いただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。

4. 出荷
♣ 出荷日: 2022年12月12日
韓国よりEMSにて発送いたします。
配送の後、到着まで3日～10日ぐらい所要されます。
各国の状況によって変更される場合がございますので送り状番号(追跡番号)でご確認ください。

★ ドレスパッケージの変更 ★
配送料金変動の影響で、ドレスパッケージのボリュームを減らしたいと思います。
ボックスの大きさあるいは全体の重量、いずれか大きい方で料金が決まります。
ドレスの場合、今までと同じパッケージにすると重さよりも大きさで査定され料金が数倍も高くなってしまいます。
ご注文の方々の配送料金の負担を減らすために
パッケージボックスのサイズを小さめに変更、梱包材も変えて配送する予定です。
ドレスが傷まない事を優先に、安全にお届けできるようにいたします。
