Greetings from Klesis.
I’d like to notify regarding international orders.
The production time for the Sorbet will last around 16 months.
There may be several unexpected variables as it is a long period.
Since it is a pre-order involving advance payment, there must be trust and good communication
between myself and the customers.
I’ve done several long term pre-orders and there had been no issue so far. However, as it became
a longer period I’ve came to a conclusion.
There will be no pre-order for overseas customers, instead, certain amount of dresses
will be pre-made during the production time for the overseas orders and
they will be on sale after the completion.
I’ve made this decision to avoid any trouble during the long production period.

海外オーダーに関してお知らせがございます。
SHERBETは制作に約16ヵ月掛かる予定の長期オーダー商品でございます。
制作期間が長くなるほど、予測できないイレギュラーも発生してしまう心配もあります。
事前決済方式のため、制作者とお客様の間の信頼が必須で、状況によっては話し合いが必要な場合もございます。
これまでも数回長期オーダーを進行していて問題・事故などが発生した事はございません。
しかし作業期間が以前の作品よりも長くかかる予定なので悩んだ末、
下記のように決定いたしました。
SHERBETは海外向け事前オーダーは受付いたしません。
その代わり、韓国国内の事前オーダー分を制作する際に海外分も一定数を制作し、
完成後日程を改めて販売いたします。
長い期間を必要とするので、海外の方々により安全にご購入いただくための決定事項です。
